"Building a Mobile App Is Not a Mobile Strategy" HBR

There are also plenty of individuals and organizations recommending specific tactics (usually the tactics that they have an investment in). But just because a company has an iPhone app (or other similar digital technology delivery) does mean that it is successfully serving its customers and/or achieving its business objectives.
